Position: Caretaker
Location: Croydon
Start Date: 12th February 2024
Duration: 12 weeks
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities: As a Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the school's premises and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Site maintenance and general handyman tasks.
• Unlocking and locking up the premises.
• Conducting daily checks, including litter picks and reporting any broken equipment.
• Logging meter readings.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the school premises.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must:

• Hold an enhanced DBS check issued within the last year.
• Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be proactive and able to work independently.
• Display a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming school environment.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: 12th February 2024
• Pay Range: £90 - £110 per day
• Location: Croydon
