Job Title: Teaching Assistant 

Location: Bromley

Start Date: ASAP / After October Half Term

Long term, Term time only Agency Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the classroom teacher to support students' learning and development.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and interactive lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional help.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Help with classroom organization, material preparation, and administrative tasks.
• Foster a love of learning in all students and encourage their curiosity.

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
