£97.87 - £103.50 a day

8.45am to 4.30pm

Full-time and Part-time roles available

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support to students and adults with SEND and Complex Needs.
• Assisting with daily activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Creating a safe and engaging environment for individuals to learn and grow.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Promoting independence and social inclusion.
• Maintaining accurate records of care and progress.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience of working, caring, or volunteering with individuals who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and/or Complex Needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
