Key Responsibilities: As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and guidance to students as they navigate their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to adapt and implement lesson plans
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Encouraging student participation and nurturing social and emotional development
  • Assisting with classroom organization and management

Qualifications:

  • While previous SEN (Special Educational Needs) experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates who are dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on students' lives.
  • An enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is a mandatory requirement for this role. Candidates must possess a valid enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one to be considered for this position.

Rate of Pay: £76 - £85 per day
