3. Inclusive Environment: Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and encouraged to participate.
4. Behavior Management: Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors effectively, promoting a positive and safe learning environment for all students.
5. Multisensory Instruction: Assist in implementing specialised instructional techniques and resources to enhance the learning experiences of students with special needs.
6. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document students' progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher and collaborating on any necessary modifications to the learning plan.
7. Communication: Establish effective communication with parents/guardians and other professionals involved in the students' support network, ensuring a coordinated and holistic approach to their education.
