Hours: 48 per week (Mon–Thu or Fri–Mon)

Join Our Team as a Field Service Technician.
Are you an experienced technician with a passion for keeping rail operations safe, reliable, and performing at their best? Do you enjoy problem‑solving on the move, working across different environments, and taking ownership of safety‑critical tasks?
We’re looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to support both depot‑based and on‑board engineering activities. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same from fault‑finding on the network to carrying out maintenance and servicing in the depot.

Purpose of the Role.
You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems across the fleet. Working both independently and as part of a wider engineering team, you’ll ensure all work meets strict rail safety standards and operational requirements.
