Some of the Key Responsibilities
The Candidate
You’ll hold a minimum HNC (or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in Traction & Rolling Stock. A degree in engineering is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will be confident in reviewing technical data, identifying patterns and trends, and translating insights into practical engineering solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working collaboratively with colleagues across engineering, operations, and fleet management. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement will be key to success in this role.
