Sheet Metal worker required to create bespoke parts across multiple sectors, ensuring the products are complete on time and to high standards.

The Opportunity:

This is a superb opportunity for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a precision engineering business amidst a rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Sheet Metal worker to support the team through these exciting times.

Location:

Bristol

Salary:

£39,000 Per Annum

Benefits:
• Overtime is paid at time and a half during weekdays and Saturdays.
• Monthly bonus based scheme up to £200 

Hours:

Monday to Friday Days (flexibility available with start and finish times)

Key Responsibilities

• Metal Fabrication: Craft high-quality metalwork products with thickness between 1mm to 10mm.
• Welding & Assembly: Utilise MIG or TIG welding techniques to assemble, finish, and inspect various metal products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain workshop tools and machinery to ensure smooth operation and safety.
• Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and fellow fabricators to troubleshoot design or fabrication challenges.

Essential:

• Experience operating sheet metal machines
• Competent at MIG/TIG welding
• Working to very tight tolerances 

Desirable:

• Experience from Aerospace, Oil & Gas or Defence sector
