Operations Manager (STE4/BICS) | Midlands | Up to £60,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus
Situation
The Civils & Infrastructure Team at Ford & Stanley is excited to be partnered with a civil and structural engineering consultancy that specialise in delivering structural investigations, inspections, testing, and asset management services across a variety of sectors.
Due to several recently secured contracts and increased demand for their services, the company are seeking an experienced Structures/Bridge Examiner to work as an Operations Manager, leading the Inspections and Investigations team. The role will focus on multiple examination frameworks across the UK, primarily in railway bridge/structures inspections and additional sectors such as highways.

Working Arrangements
Hybrid Role: A mix of office, remote, and site-based work.
Office Locations: Based in Ilkeston or Chesterfield. You’ll be expected to work from your nearest office a few days each week for meetings with senior team members.
Inter-office Collaboration: One day per week will be spent at the other office location.
Travel Requirements: Site visits across the UK will be a regular part of this role.
