Role and Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems on advanced rolling stock
  • Performing static and dynamic testing, commissioning, and fault-finding
  • Servicing components and ensuring optimal performance
  • Working to the highest safety standards in a safety-critical environment

Who We’re Looking For

  • Background in transportation maintenance (Rail, HGV, PSV, Ex-Military, Automotive, Plant, or Construction Equipment)
  • Strong experience with electrical diagnostics and testing
  • HND or NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in an engineering discipline
  • Confident reading and interpreting electrical schematics

The Details

  • Shifts: Averaging 36 hours per week to support 24/7 operations
  • Location: Based in the East Midlands with occasional travel
  • Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
