Learning Support Assistant - Isleworth

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Isleworth is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils who need additional help with their learning, including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You’ll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access learning, develop independence and build confidence.

The school has a strong community ethos where every child is valued and encouraged to become a confident and enthusiastic learner. They are looking for a patient and proactive LSA who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs would be beneficial.
