Cover Supervisor – Hounslow

A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Isleworth is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged, focused, and on task. You will supervise classes across a range of subjects, manage behaviour effectively, and help maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be confident communicating with young people, able to manage a classroom effectively, and committed to helping students succeed. Previous experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, or school-based roles would be highly beneficial.
