Job Description

A school in Horsham are looking for a Teaching Assistant with a passion for education who can support all children to be successful.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be:
• Engaging with pupils to ensure they achieve good academic outcomes
• Well-organised and able to prepare and supervise activities
• Able to effectively manage classroom behaviour
• Regularly providing feedback to parents and colleagues

This Teaching Assistant role involves supporting children with SEN in small groups and 1:1, so previous experience supporting children with SEN is advantageous. For the successful Teaching Assistant, the role is full time working from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.

The school is located close to the train station and local amenities, and children there are happy and well-behaved. Overall, a lovely school to work in!
