Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in EalingAre you a confident and experienced HLTA looking for a rewarding role where you can take on classroom cover responsibilities and make a real impact?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a full-time HLTA to join their team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of a supportive school community and play a key role in maintaining high-quality teaching and learning.
As an HLTA, you will provide support across the school and be responsible for covering lessons during teacher absence or PPA time. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure pupils remain engaged and focused. When not covering classes, you may provide targeted interventions and support pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
The school is looking for a confident and capable HLTA who is comfortable leading whole classes and building positive relationships with pupils and staff. Previous experience covering lessons in a primary school is highly desirable.
