You’ll be supporting children with SEN so that they can access the full curriculum, helping them regulate their emotions and building rapport with them. Some of the children you are supporting will be non-verbal and you will get the opportunity to assist in Speech & Language sessions, so this SEN Teaching Assistant role will be great for your career development as well.
