Job Description

A school in Tooting is seeking to appoint a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with teaching and learning in school. Your daily duties will include assisting with whole class, small groups and working 1:1 with SEND pupils.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of an established team and bring high standards of teaching and learning. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills.

Graduate Teaching Assistants are required to:
• Work with colleagues in assisting with the daily running of the school.
• Support groups of students with their learning through interventions
• Support individual children with SEN
• Prepare lesson materials with the main class teacher

For this Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you’ll be working full time from 8:30am-3:45pm, Monday-Friday. With opportunities for further training and a supportive leadership team, this school is an enjoyable place to work.
