A high-achieving secondary school in Hampton is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll gain the skills and experience needed to progress your career in education.

This is a rewarding role where you get to support students across KS3 & KS4 at a variety of abilities, learning skills including behaviour management and adapting lessons. Staff at this school are supportive and will be able to assist you as you begin your career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
• Working with students 1:1 and in small groups if they need extra academic support.
• Assisting teachers to ensure students are engaged in their learning and prepared for assessments.
• Preparing learning resources and adapting lesson plans for different levels.

For this Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you’ll need to have good communication and organisational skills, as well as being passionate about supporting young people in their academic journey.
