If you’re an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification, this is the role for you.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll be part of a hard-working team supporting children as they develop into lifelong learners. The school values respect and kindness, and you’ll be instilling these values into children to create a happy environment.

Part of your role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant will also include providing feedback on children’s development to colleagues and parents, so it’s essential to have good communication skills for this role.

This Early Years Teaching Assistant role is full time from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm so you’ll get to build good working relationships with pupils and see the progress they make.
