A warm and welcoming SEN school in Streatham are looking for a SEN Teacher to join their team ASAP. This school has a real focus on inclusivity, and most children have complex needs and autism, so experience teaching children with SEN previously is essential.
As a SEN Teacher, you’ll be:
Another key part of your role as a SEN Teacher includes phonics to development communication skills, as well as teaching children early reading skills. You’ll also be feeding back to SLT on the progress children are making and the SLT are very supportive, able to address any concerns you may have throughout the day.
For this SEN Teacher role, you’ll be working full time and with the same students every day. This means you’ll be able to build good working relationships with your class and see the progress they’re making through your teaching.
This is an immediate start for the successful SEN Teacher, so already having a DBS on the update service is beneficial.
