A secondary school in the Surrey commuter belt is seeking a Science Teacher with passion, flexibility and strong subject knowledge. The role

You will teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that build knowledge, curiosity and confidence. Key responsibilities include:
• Planning, delivering and assessing Science lessons
• Using a variety of teaching strategies to meet students’ needs
• Monitoring progress and supporting improvement through data and feedback

• Working within a departmental team committed to consistency, collaboration and strong outcomes

About you

You will be a qualified Science Teacher with secure subject knowledge and strong classroom practice. You will bring:
• Confidence teaching science (any specialism) across KS3 and KS4
• A flexible mindset and willingness to teach part time or full time depending on need
• Excellent organisation, communication and classroom management skills
• The drive to engage students, build their confidence and stretch them appropriately
• A collaborative approach and desire to work within a strong team
