New Nursery in Enfield looking for a strong Deputy Manager to join the team ASAP!

Are you a Deputy Manager looking for a new role, or a Room Lead or Third in Charge looking to progress?

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to start ASAP at this new independent nursery in Enfield.

This wonderful nursery is opening later this month and is a 77 place setting, with dedicated rooms for each age group, alongside a large and secure outdoor play area perfect for extended learning and play.

As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the nursery, and will be able to motivate and provide support for your team.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• At least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience working in an early years setting
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for working with children and early years education 

This is a full time and permanent Deputy Nursery Manager position to start ASAP. Salary from £30k per annum, to be reviewed after probation.
