A nurturing and ambitious primary school in West London is looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. In this role, you will support pupils with additional needs across the school, helping them engage with learning, build confidence, and thrive within a caring environment.

You’ll work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and support teams to deliver differentiated learning, small-group and 1:1 support, scaffold tasks, and adapt resources to meet children’s individual needs. You’ll also help monitor progress, encourage independence, and foster positive relationships with pupils so they feel safe, valued, and motivated.
