A school in Streatham is looking for skilled Cover Supervisors to join their team. This would be an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking flexibility in their schedules or experienced Teaching Assistants looking for extra responsibilities.

As a Cover Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Delivering lesson plans created by classroom teachers.
• Managing classroom behaviour and a positive environment
• Adapting lessons to different levels and learning styles.
• Providing support and assistance to students
• Communicating effectively with school staff, students, and parents.

For this role, you’ll need to be willing to work with a variety of year groups and have experience in primary or secondary schools already. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential, as well as having patience and empathy when working with the students.
