This lovely welcoming nursery in North West London is now looking for a caring and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join the team, working full-time in a permanent position.

As a Nursery Practitioner, prior experience working within early years is essential, and it is required that you hold a relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification.
Your responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner will include:
- Supporting key children
- Communicating with other team members and parents/guardians
- Carrying out risk assessments throughout the day
- Creating a fun, engaging and safe environment for the children
- Assisting children with development of early reading and early maths skills
- Supporting children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues in the running of activities and organisation of the room
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
A passion for working with young children and a good understanding of the EYFS framework is needed for this role, and good communication and interpersonal skills is very important.
