There is now an excellent Room Leader opportunity available at a large and spacious nursery in Croydon.

As a Room Leader, you’ll be:

• Planning and implementing daily routines
• Ensuring nursery policies are always followed
• Mentoring other members of staff and ensuring observations are completed
• Liaising with parents regarding their children’s development
• Proving high quality Early Years education

A Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification and previous experience in an Early Years setting is required for this role, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
