PMLD Teaching Assistant – West London | Immediate Start

A welcoming and well-resourced special needs school in West London is looking for a dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

In this role, you’ll support pupils with complex needs, including physical disabilities, medical conditions, and sensory impairments. The role involves assisting with personal care, mobility, and communication, as well as supporting learning activities in a calm, structured environment.

You’ll benefit from smaller class sizes, high staff-to-student ratios, and a collaborative team of SEN professionals who share a commitment to helping every child thrive. Full training is provided, but experience supporting individuals with complex needs—whether in education, care, or healthcare—is highly valued.
