A relevant qualification in Early Years or Childcare is desired for this role and prior experience working in a nursery or with children under 5 is important for the suitable Early Years Educator.

Working full-time as an Early Years Educator, you will: 
• Use the Early Years Framework and EYFS curriculum to assist with early reading and maths development
• Support children with their personal, social and emotional development
• Have strong knowledge of early childhood development
• Lead/assist with activities that stimulate children's imagination and creativity
• Work collaboratively with a team of likeminded and dedicated staff
