Ethos Education have a Head of History post for September 2025. Based in Gravesend, close to London & access to Kent - the Garden of England. TLR2C payment. 
Working alongside a Head of Humanities, History is taught from KS3, GCSE & A Level History. 
This school runs "Black History" month, topics on the curriculum include WW2, Cold War, Nazi Germany, Great Fire of London, the Great Plague and more. 
This school is a Christian school, but please note History experienced QTS teachers of any faith are welcome to apply. 
This school has a Primary phase, feeding into this friendly school. It is also part of an Academy trust, with shared History resources, team planning days, shared best practice and excellent CPD. 
Less than 20 mins via rail to London St Pancras station, close to Dartford with Bluewater shopping complex, nearby to Chatham with historic market downs eg: Rochester. 45 mins drive to Gatwick airport & 40 mins drive to Tunbridge Wells. 
TLR available for an experienced Head of History teacher who can lead with a nimble, strategic and practical QTS History teacher.
