Plumstead - Nursery Practitioner - Immediate Start  
     
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join the friendly team of staff at this supportive nursery in Plumstead, SE London, to start ASAP. 
     
Prior experience working with children under 5 within a nursery or childcare setting would be ideal, and a relevant qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for the suitable Nursery Practitioner.   

Working alongside other Practitioners who are dedicated to supporting Early Years, you will be playing a key role in preparing young children for their future, and supporting their growth and development during their most formative years.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:   

• Plan and deliver play-based learning activities and exploration based on the EYFS curriculum that promote children's learning and development  
• Create/provide an environment that is stimulating, supportive and safe, and that enables children to grow and learn at their own pace  
• Support and assist children with their early reading, vocabulary, literacy and communication development   
• Assist with the development of early maths skills, following the Early Years Framework 
• Establish positive relationships with children and their families
• Have strong knowledge of EYFS and excellent communication skills
