This supportive and vibrant nursery in Upminster is now looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join the friendly team of staff ASAP! This is a permanent Nursery Practitioner position to work 40 hours a week throughout the year, there are chances for bonuses to be paid, further training opportunities, and the salary would be from £24k-£28k per annum. 

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for: 

• Providing general care and support for children in the nursery 
• Following the EYFS standards and curriculum to support children's learning and development 
• Observing and assessing children’s progress 
• Supporting children with additional needs and adapting activities to suit their requirements 
• Feeding and personal care

Prior experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery is essential, and a Level 2 or 3 (or above) Early Years or Childcare qualification is required for this permanent position. 

This is a family-run nursery that has a real sense of community, which you will be welcomed into, working collaboratively with a great team of staff. The private outdoor space makes it a lovely nursery and enables children to extend their indoor learning further.
