This vibrant and diverse primary school in Shoreditch is currently looking for a passionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team of friendly and hard working support staff, starting ASAP. 
     
Conveniently located in Shoreditch, East London, this school is easily accessed thanks to excellent transport links and local parking. This is a school that strives to encourage every child to develop a love of learning and reach their full potential, and as a Learning Support Assistant you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to build a strong, caring community where every child is able to thrive. 

Working full time as an LSA, you will be:   

• Supporting children with SEND so they can access the full curriculum   
• Delivering various learning intervention programmes and monitoring the progress of key children  
• Working closely with students with SEND on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis or in small groups where necessary 
• Providing support for children who need help with their communication, language and literacy    
• Supporting key children to help them reach the targets on their EHCPs and IEPs 

This is a long term Learning Support Assistant position, expected to last until the end of the academic year at least, with the chance for it to become permanent thereafter. This will allow you to see your key children progress and grow throughout the year as a result of your support and encouragement.
