As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be:     

• Creating a supportive and rewarding learning environment learning environment where every student is able to thrive  
• Supporting children with SEND within the classroom, ensuring that they are included, able to complete their work, and can access the full curriculum  
• Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing   
• Planning and delivering learning interventions to small groups or through 1:1 sessions 
• Assisting with the delivery of an exciting and balanced curriculum 
• Helping children to develop their confidence and ensuring they feel valued within an inclusive learning environment 
• Joining a team of dedicated and hardworking staff   
• Working full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm   

This is a full time Primary TA position due to last until the end of the academic year in July, and there is the potential for it to be permanent beyond that for the suitable Teaching Assistant.
