**Job opportunity for an Early Childhood Educator in Islington**  
       
An inclusive and vibrant nursery in Islington has a great opportunity for an Early Childhood Educator to start a new role!

Located in Islington, there are plenty of public transport links including bus routes and tubes, making it an ideal location. The nursery has its own private garden & play area, specialist rooms and a dedicated library, and is located near a lovely park!  
   
Working full time Monday-Friday in a permanent role, it is essential for you to hold (at least) a Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, and as a Qualified Early Childhood Educator you should have prior experience working with young children within a nursery or a childcare setting.  
 
We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator who will be able to:    

• Plan and lead activities to stimulate children's minds, creativity and imagination based on the Early Years curriculum  
• Form and maintain positive relationships with children and their families  
• Build a safe and stimulating learning environment where every child is supported and is able to grow and thrive  
• Encourage interactive play-based activities and exploration to promote learning and development  
• Show a real passion for childcare and for EYFS  
• Have an extensive knowledge of safeguarding  
• Follow the EYFS curriculum to assist with early reading and early maths skills development  
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development from a young age  
• Collaborate with a team of likeminded hardworking Early Years staff
