Working full time as a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:  

• Supporting children with their personal, social and emotional development  
• Delivering in-class learning interventions to small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Working effectively with children across the primary school key stages (EYFS, KS1 and KS2) - including help preparing for SATs exams for students in Year 6 
• Assisting with the delivery of a balanced and stimulating curriculum 
• Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing   
• Supporting children with SEND within the classroom
• Creating a learning environment that is supportive and positive and allows students to thrive both personally and academically  
• Helping children to develop their confidence and form positive relationships
