Job Description

Long-term and full-time SEND Teaching Assistant position available to start immediately at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet, North West London.    
 
Working as a SEND TA, you will lead small groups and 1:1 sessions to the key children you support, including delivering specific learning interventions and monitoring the progress they make.  
 
Prior experience working with children with SEND is important, as you will be supporting non-verbal children with suitable Speech and Language activities, and working with key children to help them reach the targets and objectives on their EHCPs or IEPs. 

Joining this school's friendly and dedicated support staff team, you will work together to deliver the diverse and stimulating curriculum, ensuring each child is able to access it fully and reach their full potential. 
 
As this is a long-term SEND Teaching Assistant role expected to last until the end of the school year in July, you will be able to see the progress made by your key children across the year thanks to your hard work and support.
