Working full time within this caring and secure environment as an Early Years Practitioner, you will be supporting young children to ensure they develop and grow, through planning and leading activities that stimulate their minds and creativity and assisting with early reading and early maths skills development. 
 
Passion for and knowledge of EYFS and the Early Years curriculum is important, and a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for the suitable Early Childhood Educator. 
 
Prior experience working within a nursery or childcare setting is desirable, as you will be supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, and planning and encouraging interactive play-based activities and exploration to promote learning and development.
