Leading activities you've planned based on the EYFS curriculum to stimulate children's minds and creativity will be one of your main responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner, so a passion towards and good knowledge of EYFS and the Early Years Framework is important. You will be providing a caring and safe environment where you and your team support young children with their early development, assisting with early reading and early maths skills development.
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for this Early Years Practitioner position, and prior experience working with children under 5 within a nursey or childcare setting would be preferable.
