Tottenham - Learning Support Assistant to start ASAP 
 
Are you a Learning Support Assistant looking to start a new role in a vibrant and inclusive primary school? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

Joining a team of likeminded staff as a LSA, you would be working full-time and making a real impact to children's lives and development at this welcoming Tottenham school.     

As a Learning Support Assistant, your daily duties will include but are not limited to:    

• Delivering learning interventions and monitoring the progress made by children with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups    
• Planning intervention sessions based on what your key children need assistance or further lessons on
• Providing support for children who need help with communication, language and literacy    
• Supporting children with SEND so they can access the entire curriculum and reach their full potential 
• Creating a supportive and positive learning environment where every child is encouraged and is able to thrive  
• Providing support for non-verbal children through Speech and Language activities  
• Working closely with the class teachers and senior leaders 
• Supporting key children to help them reach the targets on their EHCPs and IEPs

This is a long-term Learning Support Assistant role to last until the end of the academic year in July at least, and there is the potential for it to become permanent thereafter.  
 
As you would be working with your key children across the school year, you will really get to see how they progress and develop as a result of your support - you will leave every day knowing you've made a real difference.
