Southall - Teaching Assistant role - Immediate start

Immediate start position available for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant at an inclusive primary school in Southall, West London.

Working full-time within the support staff team as a Teaching Assistant, you will be: 

• Delivering learning interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Providing a supportive and positive learning environment where students can thrive personally and academically
• Assisting with the delivery of a stimulating and broad curriculum
• Supporting children with SEND within the classroom
• Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing activities
• Helping children to develop their confidence and ensuring they feel valued within an inclusive learning environment

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely and collaboratively with a team of passionate staff to ensure every child's needs are met. This is a full time and ongoing position to last until the end of the academic year in July, with the chance for it to become permanent in the future too. There are also plenty of opportunities for further training and career progression down the line
