EYFS Teaching Assistant - Kingston upon Thames

Are you passionate about working with children in Early Years?

This welcoming primary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the team within Reception and Nursery, following the EYFS curriculum.

Located in Kingston, this is a great school and you will be working with a team of friendly staff as an EYFS TA. There are plenty of transport links and parking is available, and there are lovely local parks nearby perfect for an after work walk!

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:   

• Assist with early reading and early maths skills development   
• Help children to build on their social skills and develop positive relationships  
• Encourage development through play and exploration   
• Create a language rich environment   
• Provide support for children with SEND in the reception classroom  
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development  
• Assist with lessons and activities which stimulate children's imagination and creativity

Working full-time as an EYFS TA, you will be working in a school that provides a safe and nurturing environment that makes every child feel welcomed, valued and supported. Everyone at this school - staff and students - work together to build a happy and respectful atmosphere and community.

This Early Years Teaching Assistant role is to start ASAP and to last until the end of the academic year in July, with the possibility to become permanent beyond that.
