As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:  

• Delivering in-class learning interventions  
• Supporting children with SEND within the classroom 
• Building rapport with children and helping them regulate their emotions 
• Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing   
• Providing support for children with their personal, social and emotional development 
• Supporting children with the learning of a creative and engaging curriculum
• Ensuring every child is able to complete their work to the best of their abilities

Working full-time Monday-Friday (8:30am-3:45pm), you will be a proactive and flexible member of staff, working effectively with children across the primary school key stages. The leadership team will support you with further training and there are opportunities for career progression.

Conveniently located in Mitcham, there are excellent transport links and staff parking.
