Ealing: Immediate start SEND Teaching Assistant role
This warm and welcoming primary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a new SEND Teaching Assistant to start ASAP within the support staff team, working with children across the primary key stages and of all abilities.
As a SEND TA working full-time, you'll support children with special educational needs and disabilities by leading small groups and 1:1/1:2 sessions, delivering learning interventions which you will plan based on the progress your key children make.
Prior experience working with children with SEND is important as you will also be supporting non-verbal children through Speech and Language activities, as well as providing support for children with EHCPs/IEPs to help them reach their targets.
Working alongside a friendly and likeminded team of dedicated support staff, you will collaborate with your colleagues to deliver the diverse and exciting curriculum, ensuring each child is able to fully access it and can reach their full potential.
