As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: 

• Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing  
• Delivering in-class learning interventions 
• Providing support for children with SEND in the classroom  
• Working effectively with children across the primary school key stages 
• Supporting children with their personal, social and emotional development 
• Assisting with the delivery of an engaging and balanced curriculum 
• Helping children to develop their confidence and ensuring they feel valued within an inclusive learning environment 

Working full-time Monday-Friday (8:30am-3:45pm) as a Teaching Assistant, you will be a proactive and flexible member of staff joining a dedicated and welcoming team of support staff within this diverse primary school that is committed to building a positive, safe and rewarding learning environment for every child.
