Learning Support Assistant - Lewisham

You can make a real difference as a Learning Support Assistant - this vibrant and inclusive primary school in Lewisham is now looking for a passionate LSA to join the team!

• Assist with the delivery of a number of intervention programmes
• Support children with SEND to reach their full potential and access the full curriculum
• Ensure a safe, supportive and positive learning environment where each child is able to thrive  
• Provide support for children with IEPs and/or EHCPs to reach their targets
• Support children who need help with communication, language and literacy 
• Help children regulate their emotions and build rapport with them   
• Provide support for non-verbal children with the use of Speech and Language activities   

This Learning Support Assistant role is full-time and ongoing, expected to last until the end of the academic year in July, which allows you to see how your key children progress and develop over the school year. There is the potential for the role to become permanent in the future for the suitable LSA.
