Worcester Park - Learning Support Assistant role - Immediate start

Learning Support Assistant position now available to start ASAP at a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in Worcester Park, South West London.

Joining the support staff team as a Learning Support Assistant, you will be:

• Delivering learning interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis, and planning sessions based on students' progress
• Supporting key children with EHCPs and/or IEPs to reach their set targets
• Providing support for non-verbal children through Speech and Language activities
• Assisting with the delivery of a diverse and engaging curriculum to children of all abilities  
• Supporting children with SEND - within the classroom and on a 1:1/1:2 basis
• Ensuring a safe and supportive class environment where each child is able to thrive and feels inspired and encouraged   

As an LSA, you'll be working closely and collaboratively with a team of passionate staff to ensure each child's needs are met. This is a full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm) and ongoing position to last until the end of the academic year in July, with the chance for it to become a permanent position in the future and career progression opportunities.
