Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 Qualified - ASAP Start in Tower Hamlets  
   
A vibrant nursery in Stepney is currently looking to hire a Nursery Practitioner who holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare. 
 
Joining a team of friendly and likeminded staff, you will be working at an excellent nursery, supported by a management team who really care about their staff and offer various incentives such as performance bonuses paid throughout the year. This is a permanent L3 Nursery Practitioner role to start ASAP, with a salary from £25k to £27k per annum. 

This is a lovely nursery, with specialist rooms and a private outdoor space for learning and play. There are opportunities for career progression, including the possibility of Room Leader positions, as well as further training opportunities available which you will be supported through.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:   

• Hold at least a Level 3 qualification - either in Childcare or Early Years 
• Have previous experience working in a childcare setting and with children under 5
• Support children with their personal, social and emotional development 
• Assist with early reading, vocabulary and literacy, and early maths skills development  
• Help children to build on their social skills and develop positive relationships from an early age 
• Encourage development through interactive play and exploration 
• Be able to work in a team collaboratively 
• Have great knowledge of early childhood development and strong communication skills 
• Work full time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm (40 hours per week but can be flexible)
