Working 40 hours a week as a Baby Room Leader throughout the year, there are chances for bonuses to be paid, further training opportunities, and the salary would be from £29k-£32k per annum. 

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading other Nursery Practitioners
• General care and support of children in the baby room
• Following the EYFS standards and curriculum to support children's learning and development
• Supporting and assisting with early reading, vocabulary, literacy and communication development 
• Planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons/learning activities daily
• Building strong relationships with colleagues and parents/carers
• Ensuring a safe environment for children and staff

Prior experience as a Room Leader in a nursery is essential, and a minimum Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification is required for this permanent position.
