Learning Support Assistant position now available at a welcoming primary school in Hillingdon, West London!    

Working closely with the committed support staff team as an LSA, you will be:  

• Supporting children with SEND so they can reach their full potential and access the full curriculum  
• Leading different learning intervention programmes and monitoring children's progress to plan future sessions
• Ensuring a safe, supportive and positive learning environment in which each child is encouraged and able to thrive 
• Providing support for children who need help with communication, language and literacy     
• Supporting key children to help them reach the targets on their EHCPs and/or IEPs
• Providing support for non-verbal children with Speech and Language activities     
• Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis or in small groups where necessary  

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm), and this is a long time position expected to last until the end of the academic year. You will be able to see your key children progress and develop across the school year, feeling very rewarding knowing that your support has made a difference. There is also the possibility for the role to become permanent in the future for the suitable LSA.
