A Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification is essential and previous experience in a nursery setting is preferred for this Early Years Practitioner position.  

This is a full-time role to work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm) but this can be flexible, and it is a permanent position, offering stability. 

As an Early Years Practitioner, you are a key part of young children's development and play a crucial role in providing a safe and stimulating environment for learning through play and exploration, helping them build on their social skills, and supporting their personal, social and emotional development in their most formative years.

Following the EYFS curriculum closely to plan lessons and activities that are engaging and stimulating is a key responsibility for the suitable Early Years Educator, so it is important to have a good understanding and strong knowledge of early years educational practices, the early years framework and child development. A real passion for working with children and the desire and drive to make a difference to young children's lives and development is essential - knowing you are making a positive impact and shaping the future of our children makes this a very rewarding role.
