The suitable Early Years Practitioner will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, and prior experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a good attitude and passion for working in Early Years is very important.
   
Working as an Early Years Practitioner, you would be:  

• Leading activities to stimulate children's imagination and creativity
• Encouraging development through interactive play 
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development from a young age, helping them to develop positive relationships and form/build on their social skills 
• Assisting with early reading and early maths skills development, following the EYFS curriculum closely
• Creating a learning environment that is supportive, stimulating and language rich and allows every child to thrive and develop at their own pace
